Istruzioni per segnalazione singola Patologia

-Utilizzare la pagina word originaria ,lasciando nell’intestazione in alto il logo della barchetta e il riferimento al blog Diritti non Regali;

-A: va inviata a tutte le regioni (chi reperisse altri indirizzi mail è pregato di segnalarlo);

-CC: va inviata all’ ISS (due mail: una all’ ISS ed una alla dr.essa Taruscio) + ai 2 numeri di fax del Ministero Salute e del Centro Nazionale Rare;
