RECIPE Ingredients: 300 grams of butter, 300 grams of sugar, 2 eggs, 3 egg yolks, 150 grams of flour, 150 grams of starch.
Procedure: Work along the butter in a bowl, using a wooden spoon. Add sugar and continue stirring.
